Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer Spray is a premium, multi-purpose coating that prepares surfaces for painting. High-output tip sprays from any angle for greater coverage. This fast dry primer sticks to all surfaces without sanding. Compatible with any latex or oil-base paint.
