Water Saver 25 lb. Grass Seed Rhizomatous Tall Fescue. Unlike all other fescues, it repairs itself, fills in bare spots, and produces a thick, even lawn in sun or shade. It behaves like a bluegrass but is excellent for use in the transition climate zone. With superior drought and high traffic tolerance, a rapid germination rate, and low maintenance, this self-repairing grass is specifically designed for the transition climate zone between the cool season and warm season areas. It covers 2,500 sq. ft. for new lawns and 5,000 sq. ft. for over seeding. Comes in a resealable mylar bag.
