Brinkmann's is committed to providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a customer-friendly return policy or exchange to ensure your peace of mind

Return Policy:

• Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, both for online and in-store purchases.
• Item Conditions: Returned items must be in their original packaging, and free of any damage or signs of wear and tear. To ensure a smooth return process, please retain all receipts and documentation related to your purchase. 
• Proof of Purchase: Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip, when returning an item. If you are unable to find receipts, we are happy to help look up your purchase. This is made easier by joining our Rewards program!
• Refund Method: Credit card refunds will be credited back to the same card. If a purchase is made from a gift card and the item is returned, the credit will be applied back to a giftcard.

To initiate a return, visit your nearest Brinkmann's store.

Exceptions:

Please note that certain products may have specific return limitations due to safety reasons or manufacturer policies. These include chemicals, paint, clearance items, and customized products. Gas powered equipment: Once gas has been added to the machine it is non-refundable. If you have any questions about the return eligibility of a product, please refer to the product's packaging or contact us directly.
