Sioux Chief Mini Rester Residential Water Hammer Arrester. It is designed to stop pipe banging and reduce strain on plumbing system joints. This lead-free water hammer arrester is perfect for dishwasher connections and shall be installed where required on supply valves. It is specifically sized and has sufficient volume of air to dissipate the calculated kinetic energy generated by closing. A code requirement in some southeast cities, it comes with a 3-year warranty.
