1/2"x1" Red Brass Hex Bushing. This lead-free compliant product meets Public Law 111-380 and is suitable for brass or steel pipe in low to medium pressure applications. With a pressure rating of 200 psi and an operating temperature of 150 degree F, it offers reliable performance. Teflon tape or pipe sealant is recommended for secure installation, and pipe threads should be tightened 2-1/2 turns past finger tight. One piece construction. Use with brass or steel pipe. All pipe threads are American Standard Taper Pipe Threads. Fair vibration resistance. Used in low to medium pressure applications. Teflon tape or pipe sealant is recommended.
